GCU (Greeting Card Universe) uses is. But I don't like it. It's bulky and slow. Zazzle has one for the blog sidebar. It's alright. One of the contributors on Zazzle has built one, either for Sidebar or Footer and it's the easiest and fastest I've seen so far. It's called wishads. I'm using it on quite a few of my Sites. It runs with iframe if that helps you. I can give you the links, if you care. :) I’ve used several so far.
